Editorial standards
Wellness RX publishes health information to help people understand care options and prepare for informed conversations with a qualified clinician. Website content is educational and is not a diagnosis, prescription, or substitute for individualized medical advice.
Last reviewed July 26, 2026.
Clinical authorship and review
Clinical content is authored or reviewed by Kevin Lazar, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Kevin reviews final content for clinical accuracy, appropriate scope, clear language, and consistency with current Wellness RX services before publication.
Sources
Health claims are based primarily on current guidance and evidence from government health agencies, professional organizations, peer-reviewed research, and official medication labeling. Important sources are linked on the page so readers can review them directly.
Updates and corrections
Clinical pages are reviewed at least annually and sooner when a meaningful guideline, safety warning, medication label, service detail, or regulatory requirement changes. Material corrections are made promptly. If you believe a page contains an error, email WellnessRXPMHNP@gmail.com.
Use of writing tools
Editing and research tools, including artificial intelligence, may assist with outlining, drafting, or readability. They do not replace clinical review. Kevin reviews and approves clinical content before it is published.
Independence and advertising
Wellness RX does not accept payment to recommend a medication, supplement, product, or treatment on this website. Content does not promise a diagnosis, a prescription, a specific medication, or a particular outcome.
Separate care pathways
Psychiatric services and the metabolic-health program have separate intake, payment, and clinical decision processes. Eligibility for one service does not imply eligibility for the other.
