My style is warm, practical, and straightforward. I take time to listen, I explain your options in plain language, and I build a plan that is realistic for your goals and your routine. You should leave every visit feeling supported and knowing your next step. I prescribe, and I think carefully, because there usually is not a one-size-fits-all answer, and you deserve one that actually fits you.
What I focus on
I am especially drawn to the situations that do not fit neatly in a box. Attention that was overlooked for years. Anxiety that talk therapy alone never fully reached. Mood that shifts with your sleep, your stress, and your overall health. Your mental health and your metabolic health are more connected than they often get treated, and caring for both is at the heart of my practice.
Background
My experience spans psychiatric nursing, acute care, nursing education, and health informatics. That mix keeps me clinically grounded, organized, and focused on clear communication. I provide care entirely by telehealth for children age 6 and older, teens, and adults.
Outside of work
When I am not seeing patients, you will find me with my family, traveling, or out for a round of golf or a game of tennis. I am a real person, and I want your care to feel that way too.
