How I practice

My style is warm, practical, and straightforward. I take time to listen, I explain your options in plain language, and I build a plan that is realistic for your goals and your routine. You should leave every visit feeling supported and knowing your next step. I prescribe, and I think carefully, because there usually is not a one-size-fits-all answer, and you deserve one that actually fits you.

What I focus on

My psychiatric practice focuses on thoughtful evaluation, medication management, and psychotherapy for concerns such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, sleep problems, and mood symptoms. Metabolic health is offered through a separate program with its own intake and payment process.

Background

I became a registered nurse in 2016 and worked in progressive care before specializing in psychiatric nursing from 2018 through 2025. I completed post-master's psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner training in 2025 and now provide outpatient psychiatric care. My background also includes nursing education and health informatics. I provide care entirely by telehealth for children age 6 and older, teens, and adults in New Mexico.

Outside of work

When I am not seeing patients, you will find me with my family, traveling, or out for a round of golf or a game of tennis. I am a real person, and I want your care to feel that way too.
